The 'Newgale' is the latest addition to the VW Worx model range and has been designed specifically for a Ford Transit Custom! Don't worry, we still love our VW's too but we wanted Ford drivers to see what they've been missing out on.
Based on a LWB Ford Transit Custom, the Newgale conversion works well for vans with both a single or twin sliding side doors.
Like our 'Bude' model, the Newgale camper has a reverse pop-top roof fitted to give you the room where you need it most!
The 'Newgale' cabin is split into two distinct areas with the benefit of being able to walk between them regardless of whether the bed is up or down. From the side doors, you access the seating / dining / sleeping area.
You can then walk through to the rear of the camper where you have access to a wrap around kitchen area with steps up to the pop-top roof.
The cabinets are finished with modern rounded corners and include a fridge and fresh & waste water containers. There are cupboards and drawers using all of the available space on both sides of the camper and even a cubby box behind the counter tops.
This particular camper has feature countertops finished in yellow Corian which incorporates a stainless steel sink with double gas burner.
On the other side of the kitchen, as well as a large number of storage cupboards, there is a seat which can fold up to reveal a fitted cassette toilet with electronic flush.
And if you need some privacy, there are blackout blinds and a clever privacy screen that pulls across to separate you from the rest of the camper.
In the front section, the front seats are on swivels and rotate to face into the cabin for dining and a table, stowed in the tailgate, slots in between the two rows of seats.
The rear seats have a storage drawer underneath and slide forward to access the electric charging system and the vented metal gas cabinet. The seats also fold flat to provide a double bed.
As you would expect from a VW Worx conversion, this camper is packed full of features including mains and USB power points, brushed suede head-lining and plenty of LED lighting.
This particular build also enjoys a diesel heater, bluetooth sound system, Solar charging panel, external TV point, gas bbq point, and an awning complete with full length LED light.
