'Rusty Lee' Rock and Roll beds are one of the strongest on the market with a thicker box section and additional support struts to add strength. Beds are fitted with 3 point inertia seat belt systems and a heavy duty locking mechanism.
'Rusty Lee' beds are thoroughly safety tested and include M1 certification which means that they are tested in an accident simulation with 3 tonnes of pressure applied to each seat belt. Seats are also tested inside a vehicle to ensure that the mounting system remains secure in the event of an impact, The 'Rusty' Lee, M1 tested, mounting plate bolts directly to the chassis. As wellM1 certification, they are approved by TÜV Rheinland which means that they comply with all European laws and regulations.
Rock and Roll beds come in two sizes, a two seater 3/4 size bed...
...or a 3 seater, full size bed. VW Worx can trim your bed with upholstery to match the original manufacturers front seats or we can finish them to your own design and style and even trim the front seats to match.
As with all of our conversions, we can make you a set of CNC cut bed boards to fit under your seat turning the area into a large storage space.
Seat swivels give you the convenience of added seating space in your cabin and enables you to sit people both sides of your fold out table. Both single and double 'Rusty' Lee swivels are M1 tested and TÜV approved.
